NCHC supports older adults in becoming active, engaged citizens that prevent social isolation and promote safe and healthy lives offering various programs and activities. The main purpose of these activities is to provide a safe space for our seniors to socialize with other members of community, make friends, talk about their issues and challenges they faces in daily basis. Most of the activities are run by volunteers.

Some of our programs/activities are:

  • Yoga 
  • Meditation 
  • Health awareness workshops on diabetes, dental hygiene
  • Information session
